Please click on the “Register” tab on the homepage and fill in the Registration Form. Once you submit your registration form you will receive a registration confirmation email. This email will contain your confirmation number which will enable you to edit your registration should you need to add flight or credit card details or make any changes.
Once you have spoken to Erika Wilson ewilson@advisorsacademy.com to check that you qualify for additional guests, please email Lauren Touitou ltouitou@advisorsacademy.com to submit your request.
The Four Seasons stipulates that the maximum occupancy in any given room is 2 adults and 2 minors (under 18). If you would like to request additional rooms, we will not be able to confirm this request until all invited have registered and have their rooms secured. Once all registered have secured their room reservation, we will advise those that have requested a second room of the pricing and availability.

Yes! The SGOS Team will be mailing your luggage tags along with your agenda (digital) and itinerary booklet (digital).
The average temperatures in O’ahu in May range from a high of 81° to a low of 67°. Please follow a smart, resort casual dress code in the general areas of the hotel as well as the restaurants, spa, pool and garden areas.
We will be hosting an outdoor Welcome Reception on the evening of Sunday May 5th, on the beachfront lawn area. We suggest smart casual attire, with a light jacket to keep you warm should the temperature drop once the sun sets. We encourage you to wear whatever footwear you find agreeable, including sandals, loafers or wedges and discourage stiletto heels.
Our Gala/Awards Night will be held indoors on the evening of Wednesday May 8th. We suggest a semi-formal attire for this event. Be on the look out for our email announcing this year’s theme – it may affect your outfit choice!

Be sure to check in and view your flight itinerary online 24 hours prior to travel so you are aware of any last-minute flight changes. We suggest that you arrive at least two hours before your flight departs to allow for enough time to go through security and get to your gate.
If you are arriving on May 4th or 5th and/or departing on the May 9th, we will arrange your transfers from and to the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. Please ensure that you enter your arrival and departure flight details into your registration form as we cannot book your transfers without this information.
The Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is approximately 30 minutes (20 miles) from the Four Seasons
O’ahu at Ko Olina.
You will need valid government-issued photo identification.
The legal name on your identification must exactly match the name on your airline ticket, including any middle name or middle initial.
Attendees will need to provide a credit card to reserve any post accommodation, however your credit card will not be charged until check-out. PLEASE NOTE: Any rooms cancelled after April 1, 2024 will result in a (2) night charge. Any rooms cancelled after April 24th, 2024 will result in a FULL charge for all cancelled/unused nights. This policy will also apply to “no shows.”
